Is there an age requirement?

Yes, all attendees have to be 18+ on or before the date of the events.

I can no longer attend the event. Can I get a refund?

Tickets are non-refundable. Eventbrite allows for tickets to be transferred, and you can do so directly yourself, however we would recommend only doing this with people you know and trust. The official venue for ticket resale is to email info@gildedexperiences.com using the email with which you purchased your ticket and let us know how many you have available for resale. If you are trying to purchase a ticket, please contact us and we will assist you with transferring your ticket to the next person on our waitlist. The waitlist will only become available once tickets are sold out, so you will not be able to receive a refund until it becomes available and people sign up for it.

The event is out of my price range - are discounted tickets available?

To make our event as accessible as possible, we are offering an energy exchange for volunteers. All volunteers will be gifted one general admission ticket to the Ball. We will be accepting 10 volunteers. You can fill out a volunteer application here. NOTE - all volunteer spots have been filled for Moth & Moon.

What is the dress code?

Formal fantasy attire or black tie.

I don't have anyone to go with, can I go solo?

Absolutely! Our passion is in building community, so come on your own and meet magical, like-minded people!

Are prop swords or other weapons allowed at the ball?

​

To ensure the safety of our guests, we are not allowing prop weapons, this includes peace tied and foam LARP weapons. Decorative props such as wings or fans are allowed.
